The school was originally registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on 1947 as Holy Child Academy a non-stock and non-profit institution. The registered principal office of the school is in General Alejo Santos, Poblacion, Bustos, Bulacan.

The Primary purposes of this institution are: (a) to recognize, estasblish, maintain and operate an educational institution which shall provide courses of study in Elementary (Grade 1 to 6) (Ceased offering), Secondary level (Grade 7 to 10) and in 2016 the institution offeras Senior High School that offer Accountancy Business Management (ABM), General Academics Strand (GAS), Science Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMMS), Techonological Vocational Livelihood (TVL), (b) to receive tuitions and miscellaneous fess, accept donations, endowments, grants, legacies and to promote and provide facilities for the harmonies development of the intellectual, moral and physical powers of mankind.

The Holy Child Academy, a non sectarian, non profitable institution commits itself into catering the best instruction to the underpriviledge individual aimed at becoming intellectual and morally sustained thru its massive and effective learning programs.
