Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps." ... Zumba is a form of exercise that involves dancing to fast tempo music.
Every year, one of the school’s most awaited events is Intramurals! Wherein we celebrate the academic, cultural, and sports discipline of our students!
This year, the theme of Buwan ng Wika is “Wikang Katutubo: Tungo sa Isang Bansang Filipino.” According to Roy Rene Cagalingan, senior language researcher of Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino (KWF), the 2019 activities nationwide aim to help raise awareness about indigenous languages’ role in promoting Philippine development and forming the country’s identity.
Basically, it’s an excuse to get messy and feel like you’re doing something active while you’re at it. It usually benefits a good cause.
